Establish dominance and say UT! Lol jokes aside I usually say UT Austin to those outside of Texas. I actually met someone who told me he went to UT only to find out later he was talking about University of Toronto😂

I've since moved to the west coast and I was wondering how do you say where you went to school? Obviously, in Texas everyone would know what you are talking about when you say "UT" but I usually get blank stares now. Texas? I feel like this is the best option but I almost feel like you gotta know ball UT Austin? This sounds like a community college University of Texas? Too long
