Texas Tech is a state school. The Attorney General is protecting a state entity. I can tell a lot of you don't like Paxton, and none of you like Texas Tech, but the truth still matters. A judge made his ruling in favor of a state entity. The AG is protecting the interests of the state entity. I personally think the Judge's ruling is insane, but that is not the point here. The NCAA has appealed. I think they will win in court making Paxton's letter a moot point. No matter what happens, Texas Tech has turned this into a PR nigthmare and they have tarnished their reputation for a generation.

We are going to Cancun in one week and are in a position where we are lucky enough to get one of the top suites at the Excellence. We just received an email saying the suite we had reserved for months is not available. Apparently Uruguay’s home base is also in Cancun. If that is the reason we lose our room I am going to go Luis Suarez and start biting people. IYKYK
