Pretty hard to fake culture your way to 39-8 the last 4 years. You seem to be mixing up the terms culture and discipline. Miami played for the national title last year ranking 113th in penalties. Is Sark's so-called "culture" a mirage? Is that why we are so undisciplined in every position group? Sark is always telling us "one person failed on this play and then another failed on this play... Not always the same person." That has to be a sign of missing discipline, doesn't it? Discipline always starts with position group coaches holding individual players accountable, and then Sark holding the team as a whole accountable. It doesn't seem like that's happening.
