A good running game is a good passing attacks best friend. Thr biggest issue I see is Arch not trusting what his reads say....second guessing himself. He is pressing. Arch has to find that eff it moment and start believing what he sees and bigger than that trusting himself. To much time trying to be perfect instead of just being himself. Other bits...Texas ball carriers and wrs have to value the ball and avoid turnovers. Further Texas up to the UTSA game was playing fairly cleanly. Penalties have to be kept under control. Ive got no issues with the defense to this point in the season. Opposite Simmons needs to make sure to work outside in to keep rbs from gaining the edge. If Texas can establish the interior run and keep ahead of the chains it will compliment what the Defense is doing. Dont get greedy. Explosive plays are great but wearing down a defense over the course of a game will give you many more opportunities.

Meanwhile, Hawkins Jr. is balling out for RichRod at WVU.

So this rube of a coach works for one of the three following schools: 1) Tx State, which lost to a soft team by 52 2) Ohio St, which yielded three drives and 30 plays in the 4th quarter, as well as their #1 ranking, to a soft team 3) UTSA, which just lost by 4 scores to a soft team. I’m good with a season full of soft games and a national championship for this group of softies. Keep em coming

I figured Iowa Colony would be another high carry game especially considering how that game has gone the last two years unless IC lost a bunch of talent and isn't capable of reloading.
