defense I think the secondary takes a step back unless D Williams can come in and play like he was against OU before he got hurt. LB is better Edge is better though losing Barryn Sorrell and his leadership and ability to play disciplined football will be missed DT- slight drop on quality. Better on depth especially if Shaw can stay healthy. offense QB- slightly better by the middle of the year RB- Draw. If health holds I like it slightly better but we lack the burner and homerun threat of Blue WR- Draw. I liked our depth last year slightly better. But I think these guys will block better and I'm hoping Wingo goes off. OL- worse TE- draw

Sorry, Jeff. Like to see them go the way of SMU death penalty. After all, the Switzer criminals made SMU look like angels. -

No, I meant Oklahoma could be on the verge of going through a stretch like Texas did in the 2010s. -
Do we have a dog/dawg fan posting amongst us?

I think Jeff meant 2000-2010. Even so, Texas didn't exactly dominate the criminals during that time. Hoping for much more than that. Not buying the Mateer hype. Watch the film. The guy's mechanics and footwork are all over the place. He's not big, fast or accurate. Criminal skill talent isn't exactly eye popping either. -

Straight facts! People forget not too long ago, Texas was losing recruiting battles to TCU AND BAYLOR ! Enjoy what you have at this moment and time.

Georgia is sub .400 in commits per the number of official visits. They get their share of top prospects, but they don’t get everybody. We’ll see what happens in December and a lot of things may affect this class as they have in past seasons. Guess some miss competing against Baylor and Tech for prospects, I do not.

Don’t put words in my mouth. I never said “most”. Have some patience here. We’ve been preaching it for a while.

A&M usually doesn't keep a coach long enough to see how that might work for a prolonged stretch. A new coach at least gives you the chance to sell hope.

I agree. When you really think about it, the whole thing is kinda sad. Especially from the HC. Their entire schtick is about another team. I'm glad Texas "embraces the hate." Hook 'Em! (Upwards of course)
