Poor gameplay today on both sides of the ball. We had a light box in the first half and let them get ahead. We finally adjusted second half. And our offense once again doesn’t know how to attack defenses, we ran into their loaded box for most of 1st quarter. Stupid

Sark is never going to hire an OC, he wants to be the OC. It's not that I disagree with you, he just doesn't believe he needs one. Jeff Banks is a good recruiter but he shouldn't be coaching special teams, he has not done a good job with that, at all.

Hire an OC that actually calls plays, Sam Pittman, have Banks focus on just coaching and recruiting TEs instead of wearing that hat and the special teams coach hat. Chris Jackson and Chad Scott should be safe for now.
