  1. Past hour
  2. Let's get going. Always a surprise seeing Gene Chizik on this set.
  3. The only downside to this is that we've got to sit through Finebaum callers to get to the TV window reveal. This feels like a case of diminishing returns.
  4. That's one of two SEC bucket list trips for me, along with LSU.
  5. I can't imagine the Tennessee and LSU games as anything but prime-time kickoffs. OU will probably be a 2:30 start. Missouri won't be a prime-time game because the conference schedule is loaded that day with Alabama at LSU, Georgia at Ole Miss and OU at Florida. The Ole Miss game could be in prime time. I'd expect Mississippi State and Arkansas to get the early or afternoon windows.
  6. I'll update the initial post at the top of the thread when the windows for the Texas games are announced.
  7. When the SEC unveils the TV windows for the remaining conference-controlled games in 2026 during a live SEC Network special on Wednesday (6 p.m.), Texas fans will be one step closer to knowing when the Longhorns will be kicking off every game of Steve Sarkisian’s sixth season. Still, the schedule isn’t expected to be set in stone. The SEC typically utilizes a six-day window to announce kickoff times for flexed regular-season games. If a firm start time isn’t given, the game will be assigned one of four potential kickoff windows: the early window, with a kickoff time between 11 a.m. and noon; the afternoon (2:30-3:30 p.m.); the evening (5-7 p.m.); or it will be flexed for either an afternoon or evening kickoff. Ahead of the TV window reveal, Texas has four game broadcasts locked in for the 2026 season: Sept. 5 — Texas State (2:30 p.m., ABC) Sept. 12 — Ohio State (6:30 p.m., ABC) Sept. 19 — UTSA (7 p.m., SEC Network+) Nov. 27 — at Texas A&M (6:30 p.m., ABC) The following games are the other SEC games on the Longhorns’ schedule, which will at least be assigned a TV window on Wednesday: Sept. 26 — at Tennessee Oct. 10 — Oklahoma (Dallas) Oct. 17 — Florida Oct. 24 — Ole Miss Oct. 31 — Mississippi State Nov. 7 — at Missouri Nov. 14 — at LSU Nov. 21 — Arkansas View full news story

  9. I just heard he bet the unders on his Indiana team and the Unders on his QB at Indiana.......
  10. Lol that’s definitely plausible. Sorsby could have hired his own lawyers and filed his own lawsuit. But Campbell and Tech are the ones that obviously paid off the judge.
  11. I wish the high school coaches would have walked out of the room when McGuire started speaking. McGuire and TT just jeopardized the integrity of their sport.
  12. Does this same level of care and support apply to all students at TT that have come forward with an addiction? Do other universities offer this extensive level of addiction care? Or maybe TT is doing it and charging him for it (which is probably not the case since they don't say they are).
  13. Today
  14. What's the old saying? "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and to remove all doubt."
  15. Public perception sure isn’t very high right now.
  16. Reminds me of something Art Briles would say.
  17. I hope Cody and TTech continue to double down. It’ll damage the program and brand even more so. It doesn’t even matter what courts say when the ENTIRE public is against them. It’s crazy to watch them daily digging their own grave even deeper.
  18. Watching Finebaum, Levine, the president of the Yankees , the guy that Trump put in charge of fixing college sports, was saying Campbell was the savior of college sports. We are screwed. Campbell is a stage four cancer on college athletics.
  19. Now spinning his inevitable return week 3 as a gritty human interest story when we all know there is a 0% chance he doesn’t start unless someone from the outside steps in and prevents it.
