Sims was going to be a good depth guy for them. Texas liked him a lot. Myles was a 5-star WR.

I got a chance to meet him and others my senior year of high school (04-05) when our basketball team was headed back from a tournament in Copperas Cove. Our coach at the time was Jim Wacker so we got to go see the 2nd half of whatever game they had that night, along with seeing the locker room postgame, meeting the players, and getting to shoot around in the practice gym.

Wow, so sad. Klotz was an awesome guy. I had a number of classes with him inside and outside of Belmont, and had group projects with him, Royal Ivey, Brandon Mouton and Brian Boddicker. They used to take me over to the practice facility by Erwin, when it was new, and loved to show it off. RIP, JK!

I love how our players are such great humans and representatives of the University. They aren't just successful athletes, they are resilient and successful people outside of sports!
