Most people that understand recruiting now should realize it is never going back to the old days. Where guys were in love with a school. Are there still some , of course. But a business now period. Hell back in the day I'm sure many guys loved a school because of the bag money , not the school. It is frustrating , but players and agents have the leverage now. That will change as NIL evolves as well. Coaches understand and will adapt. Putting ultimatums on kids just won't cut it. I wish Royal would make it clear as well. And Sales soon.
