  2. Monday 5:08pm Oklahoma State defensive end Wendell Gregory was thought to be narrowing in on a decision late Sunday. However, a new week means a new vision for his future, according to an agent source. Gregory was thought to be deciding between Texas, Wisconsin, Texas Tech and Kansas State. The Longhorns and Wildcats (somewhat surprisingly) were thought to be the primary competitors. Now, after not reaching a deal with Texas to K-State, it appears Gregory’s going back on the open market. Texas will continue to monitor, and things could change at a moment’s notice. ** Cal linebacker Cade Uluave is thought to be deciding between Michigan and BYU with Texas now on the outside looking in. ** Yale OL Mike Bennett committed to Oregon earlier today. ** Texas defensive back Warren Roberson announced his intention to enter the transfer portal. ** We’ll see who else enters the portal this week, both going and coming. It’s a waiting game for colleges nationwide. Hook’Em
  3. Ohio state is a historical flop in the portal. Did I do that right? I’ll start my new job at the athletic next week.
  4. @CJ Vogel do you look at Andre Cojoe at Guard he played in host school right why don’t you give him a shot hopefully he’s fully healthy with his repaired knee?
  5. He may be in luck!
  6. Add another $50k for travel expenses and close him n
  7. Familiar position for that guy
  8. Surely we could match the NIL BYU could offer and obviously the better program with playing time available.
  9. Did we dodge a bullet?
  10. Help for Texas, or he going to BYU?
  11. Cade Uluave just got a on3 prediction to BYU
  12. Where does one draw the line here? Brooks has been in the system. He’s started or played a decent number of snaps against 4 SEC teams. Three on the road and one at a neutral site. That’s more experience than Baker had going in to last year. So say a non P4 guy has started but has few starts in such an environment are you taking that guy? Or a guy that’s a low level P4 that’s started 2 years?
  13. By now he should be used to being on his back.
  14. Well he looks the part 👀
  15. I have at least 30 I can give him.
  16. is he a take at backer?
  17. LOL ojo getting dropped again
  18. @Gerry Hamilton If we get into another portal thread, I would like to nominate some AI generated titles: The Re‑Recruitment Roundup The “If You Know, You Know… And You Know” Portal (personal favorite) The Portal of Pending Payments The Direct‑Deposit‑Determines‑Destiny Draft And for those last minute pickups: The Surge‑Pricing Stampede Last‑Week Inflation Festival NIL Inflation Station (Now Boarding)
  19. Third way is to go on the Gerry corndog diet gain a hundred pounds and become Kelvin Banks 2.0
  20. But what does he eat on his Fletcher Cornydog?
  21. Awesome numbers to read! how is he on the edge as a blocker? He seems like a guy who genuinely cares about the team winning and will do what’s needed whether it’s him or Wingo, a run etc
  22. My theory is that Sark’s circle of trust for WRs makes it very difficult for them to develop at Texas. We know that Sark doesn’t rotate his receivers very often and has a very tight circle of trust. This means that it’s extremely difficult for young receivers to get on the field and get meaningful reps. This, in turn, requires Sark to go to the portal to get proven experience at the position, which further impedes the young players’ development and keeps them off the field. It’s a self-reinforcing cycle.
