I used to high school baseball. The throw down to 2B is one of the more difficult calls. You're moving, trying to catch up to the runner, and trying to see two events that are 4-5 feet apart. Tough calls.

With a fast runner on 1st, being held on, you’ve got a hole for the hitter. Then Courville got the righty-righty matchup in top 8. Nevermind putting Larsen at 1st, which he hasn’t played. Oh did Larsen just miss a scoop?

Well, they overturned it. The last angle they showed was the one where it looked like Sorrell's hand got to the bag before the tag was applied.

I don't think there's enough there to overturn it, but I've seen stranger things happen.

You’ve certainly never been in a college baseball locker room if you think ripping an assistant coach and players after game 1 of a series is a smart decision. You know who did that a lot? The previous coach here who is no longer employed because he had no friends.
