CP had a massive run and did a lot behind the scenes, no question. But I’ve never been one of the people who thought she walked on water. Glad she’s getting her flowers, glad she’s staying involved, but also glad CDC is clearly steering the ship now. Appreciate the decades, but I’m not shedding any tears over the transition.

Imagine being a woman and making an impact in sports. Not easy. She has earned the respect of many.
