No… You shouldn’t include scramble time in time to throw. When the pocket collapses and you have to scramble, that’s different than pocket time. For example, when Colin strip sacked Faizon and the ball went out of bounds, they would rule it “7 seconds time to throw” when the pocket collapsed in two seconds. The Extra 5 seconds he was running for his life.

The funny thing is that the narrative is out there that Texas doesn’t have “an edge”. That’s ironic because I think that is the #1 thing this team does have. Ohio State, UGA, and Notre Dame have all had one thing in common- they’ve looked polished against bad competition. But how do they look when they get punched in the mouth? Do they wilt? We know the answer with Ohio State. Texas doesn’t Wilt. The one thing Arch Manning has absolutely never done is Wilt down the stretch.
