An NCAA-backed effort to reshape college sport regulations has hit a wall in Congress You can bet a large amount of Cody Campbell $$$ went to lobbyists pushing to kill this...again. -

We don’t really rotate WR or play them early. Plus we aren’t really a WR friendly offense as sark likes to sit on the ball. Look at the stats of Wingo, Moore, etc. -

According to NCAA rules, revenue sharing is limited. NIL deals now have to go through a strict auditing process before being disbursed. In short, there are less funds available than under the old NIL rules. -

Buying a recruiting class doesn’t mean everything, remember how the 21 A&M class panned out so well. Not every 5 ⭐️wr is worth 2 million dollars because one school over pays a recruit -

No school does lol Texas could do the same but they care more about retaining there star players who have actually made a impact then HS Sr coming in as true FR that's never hit the field yet -

Well all of their guys appear to have signed, so not sure how much help that is going to be. -
You know why.

Two things can be true: Texas has done a good job recruiting receivers via the portal and high school and developing them. They have not snagged the elite twitchy guys out of high school at the same clip Oregon, with a defensive head coach, has. If Wingo, Mosely and Livingstone are the starters next year we aren’t winning the national championship . They’re not good enough.

CDC is doing a poor job if we don’t have that kind of NIL money too. Fundraising is a large part of his job. Don’t give that “There are NIL caps” crap. Oregon, Tech, tOSU, aTm, etc. don’t have a problem spending $40 million. We shouldn’t either. -
