  1. Past hour
  2. Biggest Finals mismatch in something like 24-25 years. Spurs are bigger, longer, more athletic, more skilled and much deeper. Other than that, the Nicks look good.
  3. Stanford hit an oar and came to a standstill Big swing in the points.
  4. Two words: Chris Paul, Steve Nash, Must-see tv
  5. Really talented kid. 2029 WR from Dallas. David Robinson spoke extremely highly of him to us the other day.
  6. If you want to pass the mantle you know my contact info lol 😂
  7. My main role here at OTF …
  8. Charles Barkley will be in San Antonio 😂 Will be pure entertainment
  9. 100% Never been anything like him
  10. Recruits should start arriving between 11-11:30 so expect the bulk of the updates to start flowing in then.
  11. My wife who hates basketball has started watching because of Wemby. If he stays healthy he can be the next Jordan as far as viewers go. He is likable and unreal to watch. It doesnt make sense how he is able to move at that size.
  12. Sent to me by an OTF member Y'all know this is my favorite TV show ever https://people.com/what-happened-to-the-cheers-cast-11960618
  13. Today's the day! Texas will host its annual Elite Camp on Sunday afternoon and OTF will be live from campus covering the event. Dozens of prospects are expected to attend, several of which already hold Texas offers. You can expect a number of offers to go out today and recruitments to update. Jordan, CJ, and myself will be bringing you all the coverage from campus. Follow along!
  14. Texas beat Stanford in the varsity 4. Huge upset. Stanford finished 5th.
  15. Terrific NBA TV ratings will be very big for Wemby vs. NY Knicks
  16. Tarleton was not ready for the moment. They quickly found out a regional Saturday night at the disch isn’t a Tuesday night. The 3 HRs in a row is one of my all time moments to witness when in attendance at the Disch. It’s a good to win a regional
  17. The other thing that Tech has failed to acknowledge is that if he falls back into his addiction he will find a way to circumvent all the digital and financial account monitoring that they are using to justify that he can safely participate in football in the future. The first time some alumni hands him a Benjamin there’s nothing that they can do keep him from buying a burner and paying someone to set up an account for him. I’m sure that there are plenty of people that would be more than willing to go out of their way to “help” someone that is publicly known to be sitting on $6m (assuming he’s allowed to play).
  18. Fantastic series, awesome basketball
  19. The Spurs passing game was a glimpse into the past. The individual highlights other than Wemby's were many and significant, although Wemby deserved the MVP award that was his alone.. His backup made a key block in crunch time. Harper made a sensational putback in crunch time. Champagne hit key threes and he, Castle, Harper, Devin, and Fox all played harassing D. Vassell put a 7'1" "star" in a box and kept him there. Fox controlled pace late in the game and made his shots as well. Keldon Johnson contributed tough minutes. Hat tip to SGA: I hate his perfection of the Harden Flop for the 21st century, but he carried his team and never quit.
  20. All eggs in one basket. They didn’t inspect the basket thoroughly enough that is holding one of their precious eggs.
  21. While No. 97 doesn’t have the star power of some other numbers, it has been worn by a pair of productive interior defenders and is currently occupied by a player who has a chance to make a name for himself in a hurry. 1. Frank Okam (2004-07) The easy choice at the top. At 6-foot-5 and more than 300 pounds, Frank Okam was one of the most physically imposing defensive tackles of the Mack Brown era. He earned Freshman All-American honors before developing into one of the top defensive linemen in college football. Okam was a 2006 ESPN First-Team All-American, collected multiple All-Big 12 honors and finished his Texas career with 160 tackles, 28 tackles for loss and 10 sacks. Most importantly, he was a key contributor on Texas’ 2005 national championship team. Heading into his senior season, many draft analysts viewed him as a potential first-round NFL pick because of his rare combination of size and athleticism. 2. Chris Nelson (2014-18) Chris Nelson may not have received the same national recognition as Okam, but he became a highly respected player from the Charlie Strong and Tom Herman eras. Nelson appeared in 45 games, made 29 starts, served as a team captain and finished his career with 109 tackles and 15.5 tackles for loss. 3. Alex January (Current No. 97) The story is still being written. January enters the 2026 season as the current owner of No. 97 and possesses the talent to eventually challenge for a spot on this list.
  22. This is so flabbergasting to me. The guy gambled, on his own team. Multiple times. He is done. No second chances. Gone. It should be that simple. Allowing it would destroy the integrity of the sports and corrupt it even further. Why would Tech push back even a millimeter?
  23. Today
  24. Totally agree, Bobby. Most mistakes we can recover from. In THIS case, there is no recovering from a football point of view. God will forgive you. The football world will NOT. Why? Because the business of football would be destroyed. Not just college, but NFL as well. And it would spill over to HS. Far more than just football players would be affected. It's already bad enough that we allow "officiating" blunders to the degree we do. But that's for another discussion. HOOKEM
