As I've said before, you can't beat real talent with gimmicks. If Bucky doesn't cut his crap, he'll be gone in a couple of years.

The gun went from..45 to a .38 is the difference if we don't add from the portal. -
Bucky's an idiot. He better get some size and stop his pressure nonsense.

How many blue bloods are there - 6, 8? And almost all those reside in two conferences, correct? College football isn’t just about my team so those teams from 10 to 25 scheduling each other in non-conference is important. I prefer home and home games in non-conference with smaller playoff pools. In this environment I don’t care for rematches in college football. The finality makes for more personal, intense games. That is a respectable schedule, but Illinois and Nebraska aren’t terribly difficult and Iowa has limitations. And Michigan the past two years has been rather pedestrian. I’d wager if you removed everyone’s toughest non-conference game, the Tx State/UTSA schedule would rank top 10 in terms of difficulty. They should not be threats but are better competition than we played last year.

Yep, that's where I come out. Lots of talent, but not a ton of known commodities coming out of the spring due to injuries. -

A&M was getting smoked in the college portal Smart of them to pivot. More than one or two ways to build a roster annually Aggies have the NIL juice ... they should be an NCAA Tournament level team yearly

@GoHorns1 @HookemDTX “Y’all are debating the dictionary more than the roster. If ‘reload’ means keeping stars, then no. If it means bringing in elite replacements, then yes. Either way, those five freshmen are the ammo in the reload, so you’re basically agreeing without realizing it.” -
You don't need to worry about Ohio State's schedule @ Texas (#6) @ Indiana (#5) vs Illinois (#33) @ USC (#13) vs Oregon (#2) @ Nebraska (#37) @ Iowa (#22) vs Michigan (#14) This is about fans wanting their programs (there are Ohio State fans like this as well) to schedule Ball State, Texas State, & UTSA as their OOC opponents to make it as easy as possible because they can't make a freaking 12 team playoff without it being hand fed to them.

OTF Premium 5-star WR on campus
LovingBuckeye replied to Hank South's topic in On Texas Football Forum
"Arthur Smith is the opposite of what y'all's team wants" Obviously this isn't true or Ryan Day would not have hired him. It is also not cope, I have watched every single snap of Ohio State football since 1998. Hartline is the best WR recruiter in the history of the sport, Hartline is one of the best WR coaches in the history of the sport. Brian Hartline was an inexperienced offensive coordinator who struggled with play calling. If you want to say that Ohio State's WR recruiting will dip in the future, that might be true. If you want to say Ohio State's WR's won't be as well coached in the future, that might be true. Ohio State's offensive identity and play calling will be much better under Arthur Smith.
