  1. Past hour
  2. Also, not t hat I think they could keep them all around but a duo of Cooper and Simon next with Terry as the 3rd back would be an interesting set up. I know Simon is buried on the depth chart and a possible portal candidate in the off-season, but I liked what I saw from him last year.
  3. I mean it just makes sense, imo.
  4. Florida gets the extra year from Denzel Aberdeen if today’s ruling actually ends up sticking … def No. 1 I think all these lists are now meaningless in large part until we see how all of this plays out
  5. I’m watching St John’s with today’s ruling. Their injury loss of Donnie Freeman was brutal at the time. Now they have chance to get a solid replacement. If they get the right guy, would likely move ahead of Texas for me
  6. I don’t really care. If he doesn’t, someone else will … they have the most open roster spots.
  7. I see some people have poor reading comprehension when it comes to the note about LG and why it's listed like that lol. Also, don't downplay guys like Chatman or Sikorski. They're not going to just hand Seymore the job. Not sure if anyone knows the answer to this but is Berkhalter out of eligibility after this year or because of 5 for 5 he'll have another year next year? If he can come back, with Lockett, McHutechon, Bishop, etc. Hell even Mosley if he doesn't have the year he wants. Sets a good floor for your WR room going into next year. Anyway, thanks again Jeff.
  8. Despite the fact that he is a long time hoops fan who should know better he won't respect others at this website and he will not back away from his apparent obsession. However, there is a remedy that will not interfere with Harvey's self indulgence and yet will make your reading of hoops threads more enjoyable. There is an "ignore" function available to you.
  9. Early on SMU and LSU after Jordan Pope He should absolutely go to SMU. Offensively … really good fit
  10. Denver judge just issued a nation-wide injunction on 5for5 granting an immediate extra year of eligibility to ALL fourth year graduating seniors in all sports. https://www.foxnews.com/outkick-sports/ncaa-rocked-colorado-judge-2022-class-eligibility-ruling-reshape-college-sports-year
  11. One of our members, Albert Green a.k.a Catfish Bevo a.k.a. AL Bevo, passed away this morning in the hospital. While he wasn’t very active on the board, he was always in the Coffee and Football chat. According to his wife, an infection spread through his body from a valve that was replaced last year. I’ve known Brother Al for a long time…. Back to when I covered recruiting at my first job. He was a good, good man who served his community as a preacher, among many other things. Al would stop in Comanche anytime he was near and meet Krista and I at Dairy Queen. During those times it was apparent he loved three things: The Lord, The Longhorns and his family. RIP to a long time OTF supporter and friend.
  12. Today
  13. What is currently included as far as media rights and forced scheduling ?
  14. She signed a pro contract regardless. I could love to be incorrect. The MBB players that played in the G league have been declared ineligible in the courts is my understanding.
  15. Good list, but I would swap UofL for UF and maybe swap Texas for UConn. I want a Tennessee-Texas Regional Final matchup in San Antonio so badly. Something would have to give for both HCs and both programs in that scenario.
  16. She never made a team and has been in Austin this entire time. MBB players have actually played in the G league and pros and returned.
  17. Doubtful because she sign a UDFA contract
  18. Yeah, I’m with you. The listed WR depth chart doesn’t really matter in Sark’s offense. They don’t treat X/Y/Z as rigid spots ... they just roll out the best three for the concept. Coleman/Wingo/Mosely are your top group, then Bishop/McCutchen/Lockett depending on package. If someone goes down, they’re not checking a positional chart, they’re just grabbing the next best guy. WR depth chart is mostly for show. Sark plays the best three, not the next name on an X/Z/H line. very good point.
  19. They pulled a rabbit out of the hat . Big Ten now voted to support the Bill. SEC later tonight it seems. https://x.com/RossDellenger/status/2083354216962072946?s=20
  20. He’s the #2 WLB, and that’s exactly where a freshman with his frame and athletic profile should be. He hasn’t fallen off, he hasn’t been passed, and he hasn’t done anything to change his trajectory --- He's just stuck behind a dude playing at a legit high‑end SEC level right now. He’s fine ... and you don't hear much about him because Biles is having the kind of camp where coaches talk about him unprompted. When a veteran is balling out, the backup - especially a freshman - disappears from the headlines. He’s long, rangy, athletic, and exactly what you want at WLB. But he’s still learning Run fits, How to take on an SEC OL, How to play fast and right.....That stuff just doesn’t generate daily hype.
  21. Does the WR depth chart actually matter? Seems to me it's : 1. Coleman 2. Wingo 3. Mosely 4. Bishop 5. McCutchen 6. Berkhalter 7. Locket (Personally I think he'll be WR 5 by the start of the season) 8. Brown 9. Stewart Wouldn't they just go to the next guy on the list rather than utilizing the XYZ positions?
  22. I was thinking the same things. Hick reclassified but was a borderline 5 star if he stayed in high school an extra year.
