Hate seeing any kid get hurt. UT has some of the best surgeons and rehab specialists around. He’ll be back if he puts in the work. Wish him the best! 🤘🏼

Happy Texas a&m day to all who celebrate

That being said, there is a certain cosmic irony to 8&4 being born on 8/4. -

While this is nice to see, I hate giving the couch-burning mouth-breathers more motivation. -

8/5 would’ve been more fitting as they like to go 8-4 and then lose their bowl game -

The WNBA is super physical!
MarkInAustin replied to Califashorn75's topic in On Texas Football Forum
I watch all Texas sports. I played baseball and some hoops. I don't like football in general but love Texas football. I have no clue about pro football. So I watch the women play volleyball and basketball. As someone above noted, they do play a legit brand of hoops. The women have had the best true PG on campus. No, i am not saying she could have played on the men's team. I am saying the men could have learned to play better watching her. -

If your tuned in like that good for you, but my eyes don't lie to me. When I tune in on a regular Tuesday or Thursday or whatever its empty unless Clark is playing. And after 1 google search, it sold because of Clark. And after she dropped out they had to drop prices by 48% to sell them out. I wasn't coming on here to have a money debate because it's pointless. Neither one of us is paying them or getting paid by the owners. I simply said they are losing money and want more, nothing more nothing less. I'm irritated at myself that I replied this many times because I don't even watch it 🤣🤣🤣. I can remedy that though lol.

Dread-headed Texan replied to Califashorn75's topic in On Texas Football Forum
She gives as good as she gets. Actually they haven't really had a chance to beat up on her because she's out with a groin again and before that a groin and a thigh before that. She's played less than half the season. And none of her injuries were do to other players being physical with her. She came into the season with a groin injury. -

Not true the All Star game was sold out all 16.8k seats. And if I had that kind of money my perspective wouldn't change at all. You know why? You write off loses when you own a business. How are you saying the stadiums are never full? Golden State, New York, Minnesota, Las Vegas, even a below average team like the Sparks sell out almost every game. If you don't enjoy the W cool, but a lot of what you're saying isn't true. -
Re-watching UT v ATM game on SEC network…

0 offensive points scored. Physically dominated according to their head coach. This year will be an even bigger mismatch. -
It’s the most mediocre day of the year

They never purposefully burn money lol, its called an investment and playing the long game. All of our perspectives would be different if we had that much money to invest. It's been known for a while that the NBA eats the losses, and what TV deals are increasing lol. The stadiums are never full, the All-Star Game was empty, Women don't even watch the sport in full support. I see bigger crowds sometimes at the BIG 3 games. I'm almost positive the owners aren't losing money though, they probably have something worked out on the back end with the NBA owners that isn't open to the public. I watch all the women's sports in College and a lot professionally like Track and Field. I just don't get any entertainment from watching the W.
