You have to wonder if the Texans should draft a value QB like Klubnik and prepare to trade Stroud while they can get "some" return value out of him. Letting him walk after his rookie contract has zero benefit for the Texans. That being said, it's the Texans and they'll not do the smart thing. 1 Quote
