Was pretty much the entire offense for Westlake tonight scoring like 29points.  When he builds up a head of steam, he's good at getting to the hole.  Had an off game from three going like 2 for 8, but teams have been face guarding him all season. Westlake finally just let him bring the ball up the court which allowed him to build speed getting to the hole...at that point, he started to take over.

However, not sure how much he's going to contribute next year.  He's gotta get faster & improve his footspeed.  Right now, when he squares up, he's not super effective with his first step to the hole and doesn't exactly blow past people.  It also remains to be seen if he can defend D1 guys next year. Like I said, he needs major footspeed work in order to compete at the D1 level.  We know he can shoot at a high level though but just may need a couple years of D1 seasoning.

He will contribute a lot IMO

basketball IQ and perimeter shooting (he will be a 38-42% career three-point shooter in college IMO)

There are a lot of players playing high-major basketball in his area code athletically … truly knowing how to play (spacing, cutting with timing, understanding how to play smartly a step defensively, making the correct play with the correct timing, floor spacer shooter)
