I work in the oil field and currently working a 5-1 schedule. Enjoying my 1 day off by grilling. Have a day fellas 🤘

What kind of sausage is that?  I grew up with dad grilling leg quarters, burgers, and occasionally hot dogs too.   I don't ever recall a steak being grilled.   However, I have some steak and some leg quarters in the fridge right now.  🤣

Best stop boudin lol. To me a grilled steak is the only way to go. Ive cooked them in the cast iron and theyre goid, but there's just something about that grilled flavor.

Boudin?  Sounds East Texas or Louisiana.  I have lived in both places.

Its from Louisiana lol. Its pork, rice and seasoning stuffed in a sausage casing. Love that stuff!
