It would've been nice if Texas had been able to play and salvage a game against the Aggies. Regardless, the Longhorns are in the mix to repeat as SEC champs at the halfway point:

Based on the current standings, those standings could change a lot.  There are a lot of schools with similar records.

Mississippi State going 0-6 the last two weekends has been incredibly surprising. 

Bama also went 0-3 last weekend as they head to Austin on Friday.

Going to be interesting. Coming to the Disch for game 2 w Miss St. Hope we’re clicking on all cylinders by then. I expected Miss St to be a competitive series.

Let’s worry about beating A&M CC first 😂. Man this team pisses me off so bad. Winters comes in first inning gives up 2 runs with 2 more on bases with 0 outs and here comes grubs in the FIRST inning.

@Jeff Howe in all the SEC standings graphics I've seen this week (like this one) we're listed before aggy. But don't they have the tiebreaker over us, given the head-to-head series win? (If the SEC tournament started today, we would be the #3 seed, not the #2 seed as this graphic implies.) If so, then these visuals are... misleading if not downright wrong.
