dentonhorn Posted yesterday at 01:10 PM Posted yesterday at 01:10 PM No respect . I tell ya, we win a World Series last year and all the talk is about Tech. Great pitcher in Kavan and they fawn all over Jordie, Briski, Carli and two TT pitchers. No respect at all. 1 Quote

Paul Jespersen Posted yesterday at 01:48 PM Posted yesterday at 01:48 PM There's a behind the scenes or something on YouTube about caddyshack. He'd never done a movie before, didn't know what he was doing, no script.... they'd just point him up on the set and say go and not stop filming... lol 🤘 2 Quote
Daytripper Posted yesterday at 01:54 PM Posted yesterday at 01:54 PM I’m trying to quit smoking, Gerry, trying to quit, it ain’t easy. My wife and I, we made a deal, we only smoke after sex. I still have the same pack from last year, but my wife, she’s up to three packs a day. 3 Quote
BornOrange Posted yesterday at 02:03 PM Posted yesterday at 02:03 PM (edited) I’m having a terrible day. This morning, I picked up my shirt and a button fell off. I picked up my briefcase and the handle fell off. Now I’m afraid to go to the bathroom. Edited yesterday at 02:06 PM by BornOrange 4 Quote

Jc Dobbs Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago In 1984 I saw Rodney Dangerfield live in concert in Washington DC. I was 31 years old back then and had been a fan since I was a little kid watching him on the Ed Sullivan show and with Johnny Carson on the Tonight Show when my Dad let me stay up late with him. The venue was a theatre with a 3500 capacity and the place was SRO. Rodney put on a great show. Having only seen him on TV, I had never heard his "Adult" material and it was hilarious. Just enough off-color to be truly funny but not approaching really "Blue" or obscene. My favorite line was Rodney said when he was a kid, at Halloween his Mother made him stand in the living room window with a candle in his mouth -- No Respect! RIP Rodney Dangerfield. Hook 'Em Gerry! Casey67 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago (edited) Gerry, Two other rabbit holes worth going down: 1. Don Rickles - the OG of insult comedians. His ability to dress down people but remain loveable was genius. 2. Norm MacDonald - widely considered the "last dangerous comedian" before political correctness ushered in a dark age (but TBO, I feel the dangerous comedians are starting to rise again thanks to the Kill Tony podcast which paved the way for some of the recent irreverent roast specials on Netflix).
