    The contrast right now of what Texas baseball truly is right now vs the frankly impressive thing going on over in collie station is part of many’s angst. This “used” to be how aggies viewed us. I personally do not like think Pierce is going to deliver like Coach Gus or Augie.

    Just that that might be true makes aggie look so petty. That would be really embarrassing if the school with a confidence issue had any part in that. Those people are just weird.

    You guys know more about his personality than I do. All I know is he tends to move around. While that bothers me personally I am not sure that in this day and age that is an indication of a culture issue in and of itself. We need help and he has the ability.

    Don’t know. Funny though that the major conversation about Arch is always about when he is leaving. If I had a dollar for every Arch will portal or leave early questions, I could buy a tank of gas.

    From the beginning of my fandom , through school and beyond, Horn baseball was a close second to UT football for me, very close. I used to cut classes to go to a midweek doubleheader over at old Clark Field. Shame to say but I am losing interest as I feel the program is in such a serious decline. Not recognizable. Maybe Pierce will adjust to today’s ever changing landscape, guess we will see.

    Really like Rick and I hate games like this. Obviously my alma mater is who I pull for, but unlike losing to a LSU, OU etal., I will root for Rick if they get passed us.

    Of course you have to think being average is fine to think Terry is doing fine. Personally I think we have more potential as a program. Baseball, we have never fired a baseball coach that I can think of. Never say never though they say.

    Worst combination of men’s basketball and baseball coaches in my lifetime. Maybe Gustafason and Leon Black except Gus was so great. No, this is the worst.

    I am not a fan of the LSU coach but I have to say I don’t like her either.

    No questioning the talent. Almost scary optimism on the offense production. I need some pessimism to keep from a runaway, anyone got any?
