Paul Finebaum was recently a guest on “That SEC Podcast” and the ESPN college football commentator discussed how the SEC went back on its word to Texas A&M Athletics by allowing the University of Texas to join the conference.

Just that that might be true makes aggie look so petty. That would be really embarrassing if the school with a confidence issue had any part in that. Those people are just weird.

Women win Championships, men are cheerleaders!!

He didn’t say they promised. He said they felt they were promised.

Aggys have a tenuous relationship with an honor code, so this makes sense.

Walter Nolen, Evan Stewart, et al can probably comment on aggy football and keeping promises.

Until the SEC realized they would prefer getting Texas and OU versus keeping A&M.

The person that gave the "promise" is probably not around anymore and it is certainly not written anywhere. A written agreement would have been released by A&M. Talk is cheap. If it was that important to A&M, they should have insisted on a contract. But, #YCFS (You can't fix stupid)

I think Aggies should do what they do best as the 12th man Fandom. BOYCOTT show some balls and try it on something important. Try the SEC or midnight yell practice. Or t-shirts.
