Love this matchup.  Georgetown historically has been one of the better basketball programs.  So many NBA Hall of Fame players have come from there.  Not sure how they've fallen off so much in the last couple of decades.  Still excited for this game.

Historically is the key word.  They have been below average for a couple of decades now.  The last time they were relevant - AI was there lol

Their 2006-07 team was really good, just ran into an even better Ohio State team in the Final Four with Greg Oden and Mike Conley Jr. (who is still playing in the NBA, btw)

The Longhorns and Hoyas will meet in San Diego during Feast Week.

The second game would be against either St. Mary’s or UCLA.

I've seen two train wrecks against Georgetown at MSG. This game must be better.
