I wonder if our women's bball team will use their 5th year of eligibility.

Madison Booker is likely a top three draft pick in 2027. However, she would be very welcomed to take that 5th year. How will this rule affect recruiting in all sports? I see it as a welcome conundrum.

Booker should turn pro after this year, don’t see returning for a fifth year would improve her development.

Also, Booker wouldn’t foul Clark dirty -- she’d foul her politely, like a true Longhorn if she went pro. If Booker joins the league, Clark’s chiropractor is getting a raise.

Good question, I'm not sure what the NIL market is compared to WNBA salaries... I am hoping Teagan Kavan, Kayden Henry and Katie Stewart stay for their fifth years in softball.

Definitely more money in NIL for softball. The WNBA is paying much better now. Maddie would be guaranteed a base salary of $500,000 in 2027. Is her NIL more than that?
