You have a college and an NFL team, and when the college players graduate they move onto your NFL squad. It's still very early for CFF in general, but there are a handful of non-Yahoo places that already support it. Bluechip is a brand new app so it's got some kinks to work out, but it looks the most comprehensive and promising to me.
