When the leader of your defense doesn't go out and recruit, it's a bad look. I know if I was on that staff, it would certainly raise a few questions with me. Recruiting is the lifeblood of a program. The difference is that Muschamp loves the evaluation process and getting out to talk ball with high school coaches. He loves that grind, which isn't the case for a lot of coordinators. Quote
