Yep. Norm Chow and Matt Leinart have both been on the record stating that they expected Leinart to be the pick.

There was a great A Football Life on the NFL Channel that featured VY and Leinert where both admitted they didn’t work hard enough in the pros because it came so easy for them in college.

Tennessee has not had a starting QB play more than 5 seasons since Steve McNair. They've been most successful at derailing a promising college quarterback's career. The last 4 seasons have been especially messy, flip flopping from drafting Willis, Levis, and now Ward.

V.Y didn't fail in Tennessee, Tennessee failed him and every other QB since. 

I pray that Tenn doesn't draft Manning
