Here is the part that no one seems to be talking about. SEC member institutions voted for this in a unanimous vote. I don’t see an AD or University President saying “Yes I voted on the ban, but go ahead and challenge it Coach.” Someone would have no credibility following that. And yes, I know football stirs the drink, but no one is going to get their legs taken out after voting yes on this rule.
 

Then again, probably half the fans cannot name their university Predidents name….

Seems to be an easy play for any university worth their salt.  Sorry...cant come back due to the detriment of said sports program.  If it goes to court again saying you must have them...no nil no travel no playing time.  Because they are there does not mean any team has to continue in this charade.  It would make it so these grown people who are now getti g paid start to realize if you leave a job for another opportunity your previous employer does not owe you anything.  Welcome to the real world.  Put your bog girl or boy panties on and grow up.

 time to call it what it is. A pro sports league. Hire a commissioner. Set rules.

 the rest in smaller divisions
