An Oklahoma court passed a TRO for Fely to return earlier in August. Now it appears he is headed to Norman. 

Oh he participated in the Browns rookie mini camp just like Cole Hutson? But Sooners told me Texas disgraced college football by taking Hutson back 😂

From looking at the last couple years in the cotton bowl the help they need is on offense 

I thought these players had to return to the same team?  This is so confusing . Unless they were already in the portal.

This is incredibly stupid. I understand something like Hutson coming back for a 5th year since he’s returning to the same school. What makes no sense is why these players should be allowed to enter the transfer portal, which has been closed for MONTHS. I do not get it. Let him go back to Boise if he wants another year.
