She visited this weekend, taking in the UTSA game. Expect her to jump in the rankings from the major services. She had one heck of a summer from what I hear.

Coach White has shown he doesn’t always recruit just top 10 players in the rankings. He evaluates players on his own and it has paid off. Katie Stewart was not a very top of the class player and turned into one of the best hitters in the nation, the 2027 and now 2028 pitcher are not ranked highly, he seems to get players he sees potential in and coaches them up well. Usually a nice combination of top 10 talent with underrated girls too.

She could be a perfect replacement for Katie also. She does play 1B 

Had to go back and look at some of her tape.....this is a great pickup. She’s not just an RHP; she’s a legit first‑base athlete too. Big frame, real arm talent, and corner power that already shows up. Texas keeps stacking these two‑way pieces who can pitch and hit, and Schellhammer fits that blueprint perfectly.

She brings two‑way value, not just an arm.
