It's an Arch issue. You shouldn't have to be perfect as a playcaller for your offense to be effective. Arch makes decent plays into bad ones and gets your offense out of rhythm with bad sacks and bad reads.

He has no poise at all this year.

Agreed, but Arch's issues make all of the other ones look a lot worse.

This is a Sark issue.  If a player can't/ won't/ isn't able to perform at high level replace him.

If coach won't thats a huge problem.
