Moderators Blake Munroe Posted May 6, 2024 Moderators Posted May 6, 2024 Yes he throws 102 and I know yall are thinking “he will never step foot on campus”. I’d say there’s a 95% chance he IS on campus next season. This is a take on potential. However, he hardly has pitched for his JUCO and, as of two weeks ago, has thrown 18.1 innings. During that time he has 16 walks and 9 HBP. Leblanc is brand new to pitching. They’re banking on being able to work his issues out. IMG_7896.heic 11 Quote

He plays ball about 40 mins from my house, so I may try to go catch a game of his. 3 Quote
4thandFive Posted May 6, 2024 Posted May 6, 2024 21 is getting up there for a college pitcher. What do you project him to be in the pros Blake? Quote
Neil Leininger Posted May 6, 2024 Posted May 6, 2024 Who is going to be his coach? It is not going to be the worst pitching coach at Texas in the last 20 years. 1 Quote

horns96 Posted May 6, 2024 Posted May 6, 2024 16 walks and 9 HBP in 18 innings? Sounds like a definite Pierce take. 2 Quote

One of the criticisms I've heard of DP from some in the club baseball scene is he over recruits velocity and doesn't value great mechanics in recruiting? This would seem in line with those criticisms. You seem pretty plugged in. Do think they have any merit? IMG_7896.heic 55.45 kB · 8 downloads Quote
