Checking in from San Angelo and the Concho Valley where the wind chill is 32 this morning and it's going to be 71 this afternoon.  Hey guys, we offered several guys in Georgia... realistically what are our chances with these players in the Bulldogs backyard?

Not going to lie... storylines were a lot easier to find during football season. 😂

Your platform is huge to the public, near and far.  What are your thoughts on speaking what its like being in a city like Austin, The Campus, How the Communicy Embraces the athletes, Former players influence around the program.  I could go on and on.  But I believe speaking to these points helps out with recruiting as well.  Just sayin!

Austin is a major benefit to college students and athletes, if they use it right.

The access to blue chip companies, elite business leaders, and subsequent opportunities are basically unheard of at other smaller cities. Add in the Texas alumni network and it is a major benefit overall because then you're adding in Houston and DFW as well as the rest of the state.

This was asked in this morning’s show:

Kenny Baker was slated to be the DL coach for the Senior Bowl. But he canceled and has started his work at Texas.

There was some question about this so I got a firm answer.

Good to hear! I was wondering how he would have time to coach that game too.
