goattalk100
I see I’m in the vast minority here but I will say this; Quinn will have to prove he’s better than Shedeur this year. Quinn is on a better team, in a better system, with better weapons. Shedeur is really talented & played extremely well last year, despite one of the worst offensive lines in front of him. He can make plays on the move as well. I think Shedeur would be very good under the same circumstances at Texas. You also have to remember, the NFL is a copycat league. Mobile QB’s, not only ones who can run, but escape pressure from the pocket & throw to receivers on the move. Shedeur has proven he has the ability to improvise & do that, Quinn not so much. I love Quinn’s arm talent but he will have to show some mobility & durability this year for him to move ahead of Shedeur imo. 5

I think he goes 1-1! I too believe he will be a riser with a good season at ND ... he's got 1st round draft pick ability, we shall see if he gets there.
cdibbs
Can't help but feel Quinn is a tad underrated. I really feel like he has a breakout year and puts himself in contention to be the first QB off the board. Feels like Beck is getting more hype than he deserves at this point. He's a great QB obviously but I don't think he's the consensus #1 like experts have made him out to be. Edited July 3 by cdibbs

Do you think DJ Campbell has the potential to rise if he stays another year or is he basically who he is at this point? Given his recruiting ranking, I was expecting him to eventually perform like a high-level NFL guard, but we haven't seen that so far. 2. Do you expect Tia Savea to outperform Bill Norton this year based on the above or do you view them as similar caliber players? Thanks!
_everyoneshere
Quinn projected to the Saints is either an odd stretch or hilarious since they just picked up Spencer Rattler. A Longhorn QB leap frogging a former OU QB would be great. They should honestly suffer with Carr a few more years until Arch is ready to draft.

All comes down to pass pro for DJ Campbell ... he was a slip second slow off the ball too much in 2023 to translate to a high-end draft pick ... but was still a fist year starting guard. how much he ascends will tell the story this season IMO. Being lighter by 15 pounds will be beneficial as a whole too I believe
Neil Leininger
Not buying Beck or Sanders. To be fair, unless Quinn cleans up his footwork by a lot over last year, I wouldn't buy him either. But don't trust me on QB evals, I am still eating my crow from Texans face of the franchise Stroud, though I loved his game against Geogia and believe they would have won without the cheap shot on Harrison.
