It’s being reported on all the major sites Bo Barnes took a game day visit with family to Oregon yesterday. Are we are on flip watch? I really thought this kid was solid to Texas…

Not according to the mods at TOS, but you never know.

If he schedules an OV, yes. Right now, not a high probability ... per a source very close.

So did he inform the staff or not? If he did then no problem. If he didn't then I expect the same outrage that DAntre  Robinson got when he didn't inform UT before a visit he took after being committed . Same situation if so, needs same response period.

Per Gerry, Barnes and his dad did not inform the Texas staff.  That makes it look like they took the Duck money and tried to sneak up there but got caught.  That may not have been what happened, but that’s what it looks like.

Justin Wells in an On3 video said that Samples was telling Barnes that UT would miss use him and he would be wasting his talent with the Longhorns.

Starting to think Samples is a bigger charlatan than Deion. The bright side is that at least you know that kids willing to fall for this stuff probably aren't likely to have what it takes in the long run. It's a shame in this case because Barnes seemed like an honest and forthright kid. Even if it's just a money deal for a visit, it's still a red flag.
