syracusehorn Posted September 26 Share Posted September 26 Mississippi State is not a good team. I think we’ll see something like 50-10 with a score or two set up by an offensive miscue. Young QB’s are going to make mistakes. Glad that Arch can get some valuable lessons this season before he’s the guy next year. They’ll likely end up playing both of their inexperienced QBs, and they’ll both be shell-shocked by Texas’ speed and physical play not to mention 100,000 fans screaming for blood. I think w some of our RB attrition plus playing Owens likely in most of Q4 running clock keeps our point total down.
