Bobbers Posted October 26, 2024 Posted October 26, 2024 I would argue that a LSU loss would benefit Longhorn recruiting. An LSU implosion might get some DTs to leave Baton Rouge. Who does Sark want to win tonight's game? 2 Quote

qaertyisthatdude Posted October 26, 2024 Posted October 26, 2024 None of the above. Texas will get their guys. A&M will get their guys. LSU will get their guys. 2 Quote

Moderators Gerry Hamilton Posted October 26, 2024 Moderators Posted October 26, 2024 Always pull for A&M to lose. Always. Elko is more than competent, and Texas A&M can be just as competitive in NIL as Texas. 9 Quote
Neil Leininger Posted October 26, 2024 Posted October 26, 2024 If Texas wins it doesn't matter what other teams do or don't do. Given that aggy tears are the 2nd most delicious behind ou tears, I am rooting for LSU to go in dry tonight. 1 Quote
qaertyisthatdude Posted October 26, 2024 Posted October 26, 2024 But now I wonder how Nebraska upsetting Ohio State would affect Michael Terry, Sanchez, Offord, Pettijohn, etc. lol Quote

FatherofMinky Posted October 26, 2024 Posted October 26, 2024 Agree with A&M losing….. Every time somebody is driving stupid, cuts me off in traffic, or turns without a blinker, they always have a Texas A&M alumni sticker on their vehicle…🤣 Does anyone else notice this?!?? Quote
BarnHorn Posted October 27, 2024 Posted October 27, 2024 Aggs are losing on the scoreboard and losing with these uniforms in my opinion. If you just turned on the tv and saw one of these guys from the side you would think nm state… Quote

qaertyisthatdude Posted October 27, 2024 Posted October 27, 2024 Won’t affect recruiting at all but I’m enjoying seeing a competent passing offense by LSU in Kyle Field Quote
goattalk100 Posted October 27, 2024 Posted October 27, 2024 LSU will be tough in recruiting but I want Aggie to lose. They’re the in state rival. If we keep winning we’ll do just fine. 1 Quote
Ron Ajatrom Posted October 28, 2024 Posted October 28, 2024 Still very early for 2026 recruiting but three 2026 recruits committed to the aggies following that win against LSU, kinda makes you think how much winning in these types of games actually affects some recruits. Maybe Texas would’ve had a similar trend if they beat Georgia but nevertheless Sark and co will get the guys they want and need. Quote

A&M big donors are extremely hungry … they can go toe to toe in NIL … they are being very aggressive early in 2026. And they should be, quite frankly.
