SK Longhorn
Texas has dominated the Aggies OC recently and have knowledge and familiarity of his system. PK will have the defense prepared. But I haven’t noticed the Texas pundits bringing up this factor yet. Did Klein’s system change because of the personnel at A&M?
DIIsles
He's more willing to take deep shots this season. That could be due to the injuries at RB, and an increase in oline talent relative to k-state that makes him comfortable with more protection. He's also running heavy sets fairly often, I saw a few 13 personnel snaps vs auburn I believe.

From what I Remember bebe and kstate was one of the best lines we played last year

DIIsles
You're probably right, but I don't remember K-state trying to test the top against us last year much, and he seems to try to hit multiple shots a game this season. As to why, different story I suppose.

This is a sentiment that I have felt all year. The only problem is the games vs K-State were always close and now he has much more talent than the 3 stars rat k state. But, I still see us stopping as Marcel aint gonna be able to run on us.

Nice nugget there. Yeah it definitely matters. Familiarity matters and Elko will have some with Sarkisian too. Sarkisian destroyed his defense in their two meetings. Scoring 45 and 52 points. Now Texas doesn’t have that talent but it’s not crazy far off either. Edited November 25 by CoachBobbyFinstock

He was as fundamentally sound as any college QB. KState runs a tight ship. It is no nonsense, hit'em in the mouth football. He has a good initial coaching tree. Frankly he has made chicken salad out of chicken ****. You measure a coach by what he does with what he has..............not what you want or hope for.
