Knowing both of them, I would agree with this wholeheartedly. Deloss was built for another time, and I mean that in the best way. He helped put all the BBs back in the box and got important people rowing in the same direction, in part because of his true midwest style. CDC is more of a modern age AD. Still very likable and friendly, but also with an eye toward the importance and understanding that it's a big business. Like Ace said here, both great in different ways.
