Moderators Blake Munroe Posted Thursday at 04:31 AM Moderators Posted Thursday at 04:31 AM This is definitely a new one on me… MORGANTOWN, W.Va. -- West Virginia coach Rich Rodriguez, like all football coaches, wants his players to show up on time, work hard and play their best. Oh, and another thing: Don't dance on TikTok. "They're going to be on it, so I'm not banning them from it," he said Monday. "I'm just banning them from dancing on it. It's like, look, we try to have a hard edge or whatever, and you're in there in your tights dancing on TikTok, ain't quite the image of our program that I want." Truly an example of "Making America Great" again. Bro, Tik Tok is the furthest thing from anybodies mind when the ball is kicked off. You don't lose games because guys danced on Tik Tok. Can they dance on Instagram from the locker room? After a win, they sing the fight song... and leave. Sure sounds like a place the kids in 2025 wanna be. How much money are they offering again for me NOT to have fun in this millennium? Ban what you don't understand is typical of old ass people who don't like change unless it's back to what's comfy for them. Stupid rule and it's a distraction... something that he thinks establishes culture, but is actually a recruiting deterrent, imo. There's a million ways to implement discipline in your program without being a deterrent or detriment to your program. Imagine Arch getting his 🍑 hammered (pause🤣) by Sark after his TD celebration... because we wanna promote a "tough" image and culture...?! 🤦🏿♂️🤣🤘🏿 3 1 Quote
