Article on the future of the NCAA

At this point Texas should be aggressive as all get out. There is nothing to fear or repercussions to anything you do so long as you litigate the NCAA out of their "punishment." Any fear within the AD and compliance should be removed.

Texas needs to be strategic. We’ll see what the plans are.

Still need to recruit players that fit and embrace the Texas Culture. It’s more than just money.

Yup.  We're still the program that single handedly somehow drove Nebraska to the Big 10 (I do think a case can be made for Mack killing NU's football program), drove Texas A&M to the SEC and inadvertently torpedoed the the Pac 12 and the NCAA.

Everything is breaking UT's way, other institutions are fighting these battles for us.
