OTF is headed to Louisiana for the 2025 Manning Passing Academy this weekend.

Arch Manning will represent Texas and we will have updates throughout the week of his performance and media availabilities.

Will have the thread updated during my time in Thibodeaux, Louisiana!

I tell ya, the Cajun Dome could use a face lift lol

I really do like Louisiana. New Orleans, Lafayette, Thibodeaux/Houma where the camp is. I've not spent a lot of time in Baton Rouge before but for the most part I have really enjoyed my trips to The Boot.

Not sure about Thibodaux, but Lafayette has some great cajun food.  I am guessing Thibodaux does too.

I ended up at a great seafood spot last year after one of the longest days I’ve ever had during the MPA 2024. Going to try to hit it again this year

Glad you made it safely, CJ. Thank you for the pictures!

Excited to see who stands out there to you this week.

Thank you much.

Should be a fun weekend. Plenty of big arms in attendance and familiar faces. Excited to update.

Surprising none of the other Longhorn QBs are counselors.  Is it because they don't have enough experience or a big enough name to be there?

Are there any other longhorns there supporting Arch, like receivers to catch passes?

They like having just one camper per school. Last year was an exception for Texas. But basically just QB1's are invited.

Haven’t seen Arch for some of the pre-camp throwing by the college quarterbacks.

Im sure he’s had enough Eli/Peyton throwing lessons in his life.

Chopped it up a bit with OU QB John Mateer — I covered him at a Little Elm practice back when he was committed to Central Arkansas.

He joked a bit about my OTF hat.

Good kid. It’s going to be a fun battle in Dallas this year.

Ole Miss QB Austin Simmons looked good this afternoon.

Baylor QB Sawyer Robertson might have my favorite arm through day one. It just jumps off his arm.

I’ve been skeptical of Sam Leavitt and his actual arm itself, but he checked every box in the first throwing session for the counselors. Good rhythm, timing.
