CHorn427 Posted 21 hours ago Posted 21 hours ago Brock Bowers is heavy recency bias. I’d still take VY over Tebow. Tebow had a better overall team around him and Vince wouldn’t have been denied a conference or national championship in his final year like Tebow was. 6 Quote
HookedOnTF Posted 20 hours ago Posted 20 hours ago Clearly people need to be outraged over the punter 1 Quote

I’ll clarify this to say I think Tebow probably had a better offense around him. Our defense was probably as good or better than Florida’s. Quote

Barry Sanders is obvious, and Hershel Walker rushed for over 1500 yards with close to 150 YPG three straight seasons in a more respected league. Earl Campbell was a better pro though. Quote
Moderators Jeff Howe Posted 20 hours ago Moderators Posted 20 hours ago The omission of Tommy Nobis is all kinds of wrong. 4 Quote
DanielOnorato Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago (edited) Pretty good list but give me Tommy Nobis over Spielman and Reggie Bush over Johnny Rodgers Edited 18 hours ago by DanielOnorato 1 Quote

Bobbers Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago Also, what is Chris Spielman doing on this list? There's no way that he was better than Derrick Johnson at LB. Spielman wasn't even the first linebacker from Ohio State to get drafted in 1988. Who are these voters?? Bronko Nagurski??? (Read about Nagurski- he was primarily running back and only played defensive tackle part time.) 1 Quote
HudGar1922 Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago dallas clark at TE was a problem for everyone. Quote
Titleist8412 Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago (edited) Randy Moss was awesome, but if you removed his pro career from everyone’s memory, he isn’t making this list. Edited 14 hours ago by Titleist8412 1 Quote
THookem Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago TE Keith Jackson of OU WR Michael Irvin of Miami WR Irving Fryar of NU LB Lawrence Taylor of UNC Quote
Aspann85 Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago I think some guys only made the list because they had awards named after them. There have definitely been better players than some of those guys. I won’t name names but they should be obvious. Quote

Philip Barber Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Anyone who watched Tony Dorsett play might make an argument for him. Though no one would want to agree O.J. Simpson was awesome at USC. His run against UCLA in 1967 during the fourth quarter was one of the best plays I have ever seen. Quote
