AusMOJO Posted September 17 Posted September 17 We'll see, I'm not sure what he is, a JR or what? Either way, Kenny Baker is a damn wizard. I feel like an idiot worrying about that hire when it first came to light. Sark needs to find someone to do the same at OL lol (sorry i couldn't help myself). 2 Quote

Yeah i see that but he should have another year of eligibility. Pretty sure most were expecting 2 years out of him when he transferred. 3 1 Quote

He's a senior in school, but he's a redshirt junior in terms of eligibility. Nevertheless, if he maintains this level of play in conference, he's likely gone. https://texaslonghorns.com/sports/football/roster/hero-kanu/14467 https://www.sports-reference.com/cfb/players/hero-kanu-1.html Quote
Bunk Moreland Posted September 18 Posted September 18 (edited) So far his PFF numbers are like a combination of a slightly less disruptive Collins stopping the run and slightly less disruptive Broughton in pass rush. More complete than either of them in terms of combined PFF grades. Color me extremely impressed. Baker is a wizard. Edited September 18 by Bunk Moreland 2 Quote

NothinButDaHorns34 Posted September 18 Posted September 18 Let’s not get ahead of ourselves before he’s even seen the best offensive lineman he will see in conference play 1 Quote

I don't think it's jumping the gun. There is a lot of season left, but he's been playing well, so far. Quote
