Moderators CJ Vogel Posted 4 hours ago Moderators Posted 4 hours ago We will see an official statement tonight when Texas drops its injury availability report through the SEC, but wanted to drop some intel. RB Quintrevion Wisner has been moving well in practice I have learned. Wisner has not seen action since the season opener against Ohio State, but the expectation is he sees the field in a healthy amount come Saturday. As for RB CJ Baxter, there remains some room for increased usage coming off of his injury sustained against UTEP. I lean towards doubtful with the 3rd year running back, who would be playing in his home state this weekend. The injury report should give a deeper idea of what Baxter's availability will be, but as of Wednesday afternoon, I am not expecting a ton. 7 1 Quote
Tex CJ-7 Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Baxter’s blocking will be missed. He knows all of his assignments and, imo, is by far the best blocker. Hoping the young backs figure it out! 🤘🏻 3 Quote

NothinButDaHorns34 Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Baxter is starting to seem more and more injury prone. Hamstrings can linger so he won’t be the same all season. Quote
Michelle Lynn Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Baxter shouldnt be rushed back imo. They really need to take it slow. Quote
tsip92 Posted 52 minutes ago Posted 52 minutes ago Wisner needs to make it through the game without getting dinged up. The RB and WR room rotating triage situation needs to stop. Quote
