The only Texas name on Friday's injury report is running back C.J. Baxter Jr., who is OUT for Saturday's game.

As for Oklahoma, quarterback John Mateer is listed as PROBABLE.

UPDATE (Saturday, 1:05 p.m.) John Mateer is off the injury report for OU.

Just putting being a fan aside, I'd not play Mateer this quick after surgery. You're not only risking the young man's future but putting him in means you don't trust your team can beat Texas without him, which is kinda crazy lol.

I think he was injured at this point his freshman year too

He may have been limited I can't recall. But he did have 7 carries for 18 yards vs them. I was at a wedding that day unfortunately so didn't get to watch as closely as I'd liked to and when they lost I never replayed it.
