New Orleans, La - OTF is spending a couple of hours at Edna Karr High this afternoon. 

Texas 4-star commit Hayward Howard Jr. is playing both corner and free safety this year. The Edna Karr staff believes he may end up being a 6-4, 195-200 pound safety with ball skills and range. Staff believes his best ball is way out in front of him.
